Commercial Property Inspections
Our commercial property inspections conform to the ASTM standards for baseline commercial property assessments. A commercial inspection can be referred to as a BCA (Building Condition Report), a PCR (Property Condition Report), a BCR (Building Condition Report) or BPCA (Baseline Property Condition Report) Excel is an approved provider by all major lenders and CMHC.

Residential Property Inspections
Our residential home inspections conform to the CSA (Canadian Standards Association) standards of practice and we are licensed in the province of Alberta.
Additionally, our inspectors have designations from approved home inspection associations including APHIS (Alberta Professional Home Inspectors Society) and InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors)
Our service area for residential home inspections includes the greater Edmonton area as well as the Crowsnest Pass area in Southern Alberta.
Reserve Fund Studies
Reserve fund studies are a natural fit for Excel resulting from our many years of hands-on experience in the building construction and inspection industries. We focus primarily on residential buildings (up to four stories) and business condominiums located in the greater Edmonton region.
